All shirts are thoroughly checked and described accurately. As many items are vintage or pre-owned, small signs of wear are normal and part of their character. Please check sizes, condition, and product images carefully before buying.

Returns Window

If your item arrives significantly different than described, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds Process

Contact us at info@offthebench.uk with your order number and concern.

We’ll confirm return instructions within 48 hours.

Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Incorrect size chosen by customer

“Change of mind” returns

Custom orders or discounted kits (unless faulty)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
